1. Design/ Drawing Fee
1.1 Non-Refundable Fee:
- The design/drawing fee is non-refundable once the design process has commenced.
1.2 Cancellation Before Design Process:
- You can get a full refund, including the design/drawing fee, if you cancel the order before the design/drawing process begins.
2. Customizable Products and Postage
2.1 Return of Customizable Products:
- Customizable products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, but only if there is a fault with the product.
2.2 Eligibility for Replacement:
- To qualify for a replacement, the item must be faulty, unused, in its original packaging, and you must notify us of the fault immediately.
2.3 Replacement Process:
- We will replace the faulty item with a new one at no extra cost to you. Refunds will not be provided for faulty items.
2.4 Completed Customization:
- Once the customization process is completed, and the product is no longer suitable for resale, it becomes non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, as the customization makes the product unique to you, and the total loss is incurred on our end.
